Spa Policy

Appointments

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and that our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment, to allow time to change into a robe and to relax prior to your service. 15-30 minutes is suggested for facial or body treatment in the spa.

Cancellations

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 100% of the service price for same day cancellations and for a missed appointment without cancellation.  To cancel or change your appointment, please call 216.772.2880 or online under appointments. Please do not leave a voicemail for cancellations or to reschedule.

Pricing 

Valen Victoria Day Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.

Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Valen Victoria Gift Cards, and cash. No starter checks accepted. For clarification on all other tenders please call 216.772.2880 for clarification.

Services to Minors

The Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere; we do not accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or be accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian to receive services. Please note: Online bookings cannot be made by or for persons under 18 years of age. For more specific information, please call 216.772.2880. 

For Your Comfort in the Spa

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. Please note: We do not perform any massage or body treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. After the first trimester doctor’s approval is recommended but not required.

Please feel free to request a male or female massage therapist. Our massage therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times.

So guests may fully enjoy their spa experience, and as a courtesy to all, we have a no cell phone policy.

For your comfort and convenience your treatment may require the removal of jewelry.
